General Manager Production Jobs

1. Plan a strategy to achieve the work targets
2. Ensure production operational activities run according to standard operating procedures (SOP)
3. Controlling & maintaining the achievement of Production, Maintenance, QC Target
4. Develop risk management action to ensure company continuity
5. Solving the problems due the matter or changes with efficient alternative solutions
6. Mentoring all subordinates to improve the skillset
Qualification :
1. Minimum bachelor degree, preferably majoring in industrial engineering or management
2. Minimum 5 years experience in the same position
3. Having experience in Offset packaging will be more valuable
4. Having knowledge about ISO 9001 & Kaizen
5. Strong in leadership, change management, & improvement mindset
