General Accounting Assistant Manager

:

• Handle all daily aspects of accounting and financial reporting to the company
• Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
• Handle and manage all matters pertaining to financial accounting, bookkeeping, and reporting
• Developing efficiency and stability in accounting field by utilizing digital technology
• Support into strengthening current internal control and process improvement
• Have the responsibility to performs accuracy in daily routine work by overseeing and review Accounting Team
• Handle and manage monthly financial statement and records by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
• Coordinate and complete annual audits
• Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles based of PSAK
• Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

Requirements:

• Posses general all-rounded accounting skills with an analytical experience
• Holding professional certification is a plus (ex. CA/CPA/CPMA/CMA)
• Have good initiative, responsible, diligent, and responsible
• Proficient in English (Both oral and written)
• Have experience in Public Accounting Firm
• Have good knowledge in Finance and Accounting (must be adept in System Accounting)
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office with emphasis of Excel
• Able to work independently or together as team
• Minimum 6 years of experience in Finance and Accounting Field
• Have a strong negotiation skills and interpersonal working relationships
