Job description

• Planning the concept of each account's social media content
• Engage and prepare a content strategy for community activation.
• Very updated on what's trending and viral on Tiktok and Instagram.
• Support and prepare for on-site shoots or off-site shoots which may require after office hours (with Off-in-Lieu provided).
• Able to do Host Live Stream or be a backup Host
• Use social media to drive awareness and traffic to landing pages.
• Reporting on activities, including insights that help shape and drive content moving forward
• Create visual content for various social media platforms (Instagram and Tiktok) with excellent judgment and instincts, and become the talent on-cam.
• Work collaboratively with Digital Marketing Team to ideate on campaign content and messaging
• Shoot, edit, and create graphics for social video content.
• Source, create, and publish timely social media content to educate various audiences about key Style Theory activities and PR efforts.

Requirements:

• Strong willingness to learn and grow independently
• Enjoy the challenge of a fast-paced, high-stakes environment
• Strong communication skills, work well in a team
• Min 1-year experience in social media management
• A diploma/bachelor's degree in Communications or a related field is a plus
• Prior content creation experience is a plus
• Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and give creative direction to talents
• A knack for developing interesting, innovative, and creative concepts
• Well-versed with Instagram and Tiktok platforms
• Have knowledge of video editing tools
• Well-versed in content management, content creation, KOL engagement
• In a week WFO minimum 3 Times
• Passionate about Fashion
