Requirements

• Self-starters, flexible, and eager to teach and learn
• A great team player
• Knowing how to manage adult and kids learners
• Having a positive attitude and etiquette is a huge plus
• Minimum D3 or Bachelor's degree (preferably majoring in English/Teaching)
• Minimum 1-year experience teaching English both online and offline (semi-webinar, webinar, and private)
• Willing to work during days, nights, and weekends
• Curious learners, seeking to offer their best efforts, focus, and talents to their students and colleagues daily
• Strong English proficiency is a must
• Care about the student's progress & development
• Having a TOEFL / IELTS Certificate is preferable
• Well-groomed and well dressed
• Love being around students and care about their progress & development
• Willing to work during days, nights, and weekends
• Passionate about developing student potential beyond the walls of the traditional classroom
