Food Technologist Intern Jobs

What you will do:

• Take part in the whole pre-production process (planning, leading, and executing product development trials).
• Improving products quality, taste & stability
• Check and improve safety and quality control procedures in the factory.
• Responsible for other duties as assigned.
• Develop manufacturing processes to improve productivity.
• Work closely with stakeholders for continuous improvement of the existing product.
• Healthy Drinks Product Development starting from scratch to Final Formula (Determine Product Ingredients, Sensory Testing, Checking Product Quality & Active Content Testing to the third party)

Requirements:

• Able to solve problems quickly & high initiative
• Have good communication skills, teamwork, problem-solving, continuous improvement, time & project management
• Good understanding, quick learning, & persistence
• Final year student or recent fresh graduate from Food Technology/Food Science
• Can start the internship as soon as possible
• Have experience and knowledge about Research & Development of healthy beverages, Food Manufacturing, Food safety & handling also Halal Certification, BPOM, GMP, HACCP
• Able to read academic journals fluently in English
• Ready to work in a fast-paced company

Things to Know:

• Our Healthy Drinks are in powder form
• We can source various ingredients, testing materials (like HPLC column), devices

Working Hours: 08.00 - 17.00, Monday - Friday
