Financial Planning And Analysis Manager

Responsibilities:

• Prepare CEO Review and Key materials Issues that need to be updated to BDI, to become a liaison/coordinator between Adira with BDI (Bank Danamon Indonesia) regarding various issues and provisions data.
• Lead regional operating committee meeting and make a PICA analysis.
• Conduct a review of the financial proposal in terms of cost and benefit analysis (PAM, Proposal Mktg)
• Facilitate the corporate strategy development process.
• Conduct analysis of financial results achievements on a monthly basis and presented to BOM Forum
• Prepare all materials for internal meetings & BDI such as BDI offsite Meeting, BOC Meeting, BDI Planning Approval and internal key issue on BOM meetings.
• Carry out detailed control over the acquisition cost on a monthly basis-Marketing Activity
• Carrying out BSC development and monitoring BSC achievement at both BDI and Internal levels Become a lead in the planning cycle process and.

Requirements:

• Have the ability to analyze financial aspects and non-financial including industry analysis (market), macroeconomics, and business mode.
• Able to be a driving force related improvement financial and business.
• At least 5 years of experience as a manager in financial analyst field.
• Ability to develop a solid and owned team adequate analytical skills.
• Possess good interpersonal communication and leadership skills.
• Candidates must at least possess a bachelor's degree from any major with a minimum GPA of 3,00.
