Job Description

Red Comm Indonesia is a digital marketing agency that helps brands win markets or creative new ones, from fortune 500 brands to challengers, with data-driven strategy, cultural-local creative, to social-minded content creation.


Responsibilities:

• Responsible to monitor, analyze, and provide recommendation regarding to channel performance parameter (revenue, growth, store BEP, regional market share).

• Design & implement financial models and performance dashboard to aid business decision making

• Become a business partner for other department providing essential analysis on actual trend & KPIs

• Managing reporting : comparing actual vs budget with explanatory analysis for improvement

• Lead budgeting and forecasting process

• Review store performance compare to IRR & feasibility study and analyze for variance

• Manage for any adhoc analysis including reconciliation and validation a variety of data sets and information to inform business decisions

• Assist Business Strategy Head for regular performance review presentation

• Prepare pre & post project appraisals


Requirements:

• English proficiency, written and spoken

• Minimum 10 years' experience working in corporate controlling

• Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data analysis

• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal

• Solid networking and interpersonal skills

• Able to generate budgets and reports under tight deadline

• Able to explain concepts concisely and accurately

• Able to develop strong, cooperative relationships with different stakeholders

• Creative thinking skills and ability to solve problems
