The Role

Financial coach is a type of advisor who can help you reach your financial goals by teaching you money management skills, such as how to build savings, create a financial plan or pay down debt. We are looking for Financial Coaches to help clients find what they need and help people make the changes they want through coaching sessions. You will then work with them to set desired goals and concrete action plans to achieve them. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. The successful candidate will also be friendly and professional, with excellent people skills.

The Main Responsibilities

• Help clients assess their financialissues and develop coaching plans for them.
• Able to provide call and video call consultation in an ethical and professional manner while maintaining client confidentiality.
• Culturally sensitive to our clients and flexible using Google Meet or Zoom as needed.
• Ability to work with clients presenting with concerns impacting personal or work performance.
• Possess genuine listening skills and can provide coaching plans.
• Passionate about providing support to clients from anywhere.
• Competent in using telephone, video, email, text, and live chat.

What We Look For in A Candidate

1. Have one year of coaching experience and have successfully coached clients.
2. Licensed with Professional Coach Certification and Certified Financial Planner and/or Qualified Wealth Planner and/or Associate Wealth Planner.
3. Mastering elements in the standardized financial framework
4. Able to empathize with clients and help them open up.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide support and assistance.
6. Have a positive attitude and outlook on life.
7. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
