Taman Mesari Luxury Villas is a private luxury villa complex located in Kerobokan Kaja, Bali. Our villas boast private outdoor pools surrounded by tropical gardens and are just a 10-minute walk from Seminyak Beach. Each villa features comfortable bedrooms, a living room with a seating area overlooking the pool, and a kitchenette for guests' convenience. We offer free WiFi throughout the villa, airport transfers, mini-golf games, and laundry services upon request. The villa is located just a short walk from lively boutiques and restaurants in Seminyak, and 20 minutes drive from Ngurah Rai International Airport.


Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Financial Accounting Specialist. The Financial Accounting Specialist will be responsible for managing financial statements, analyzing financial data, using accounting software, and providing financial insights to management. The successful candidate will be located at Taman Mesari Luxury Villas in Kerobokan Kaja, Bali.


Qualifications

  • Maintain the privacy of financial information, and when necessary, backup databases.
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable Reconciliation
  • Knowledge of accounting procedures and principles, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), including experience with accounting software and data entry
  • Control the balance sheets and the profit and loss accounts.
  • Release financial statements on schedule.
  • Prepare tax returns and calculate taxes.
  • Abide by financial rules and standards
  • Ability to analyze
  • Examine financial records and transactions.
  • Take care of the monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
  • Control all accounting operations
  • Report on the company's liquidity and financial health
  • Independent working ability
  • Create financial projections
  • Achieve prompt bank payments
  • Familiarity with spreadsheets at a high level


Requirements

  • Minimum age 21 years
  • Able to plan and collaborate effectively
  • D3/S1 Accounting majors
  • Minimum 1 Year Experience
  • Is quite accurate
  • Have effective communication
