Finance Supervisor Jobs

We're looking for a Finance Supervisor to join our team in leading our organization forward.

Finance Supervisor's responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement cash management strategies to optimize accounts receivable and accounts payable of the company.
• Working closely with Financial Controller to monitor budget and providing analysis/report to optimize Cash Conversion Cycle.
• Intensively deal with customers, in order to maximize the collection process and vendors, to negotiate the payment terms.
• Maintain accurate records of cash movements, bank account balances, and check/verifying payment schedule and invoices.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including account structures, corporate finance and credit facilities.
• Monitor daily cash positions, prepare cash flow forecasts, and provide recommendations for cash liquidity.
• Manage and oversee the day-to-day group financial transactions, banking and monitoring accounts receivable and accounts payable.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Details and well-organized person with strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Any FAT Certification and manufacture experience will be big plus for this position.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment.
• At least 3 year(s) of same/similar working experience as position required.
• Proven experience in treasury and cash management, accounts receivable, accounts payable, budgeting and forecasting.
