JOB DESCRIPTION

• Overseeing the utilization summary of company credit cards.
• Preparing and processing payment requests for all office and project-related expenses (including compiling incoming vendor invoices, NPWP, and other related documents) - payments are processed up to the input stage in BNI Direct, with authorization remaining under FAT Manager's purview.
• Managing the company's bank records and transactions.
• Assisting in the preparation of company financial reports, including tax reports.
• Compiling all necessary documentation for billing activities.
• Validating cost reallocations submitted by producers and other team members.
• Filing documents related to the Finance and Administration Team.

REQUIREMENTS

• Basic understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in using Internet banking applications.
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or another related field
• Experience with standard Accounting Software (Accurate, MYOB, Zahir, Oracle, SAP).
• Able to work under pressure
• Minimum one year of experience as a Finance Accounting Tax Staff (preferably in services or advertising industries).
