Finance Officer Jobs

We are looking for a Finance that has at least 3+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting & Tax Supervisor.

Core Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Process invoices & records for all daily transactions
2. Record accounts payable and accounts receivable
3. Update internal systems with financial data
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports & tax compliance
5. Reconcile bank statements
6. Participate in financial audits
7. Track bank deposits and payments
8. Review and implement financial policies
9. Assist in the preparation of the Company's annual budget
10. Maintain accounting journal, general ledger, trial balance, and financial statement for
11. internal and external needs
12. Monitoring bank balances and cash requirements
13. Monitor all credit balances in Asset and debit balances in Liabilities and ensure that the
14. balance was cleared/posted soon
15. Assist in analyzing between revenue data and payment activities to identify outstanding receivable

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from a University with a GPA above 3
2. Proven English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiency
3. Have a minimum of 3+ years of experience working in Corporate Finance from reputable
4. company with proven experience in supervising a team
5. Knowledgeable of Indonesia Tax regulations
6. Have excellent leadership skills, communication, and interpersonal skills
7. Result Oriented & Process driven
