• Perform analysis of conversion cost to monitor Manufacturing process efficiency
• Track and analyze freight expenses and help the supply chain team to optimize the cost.
• Manage the special projects and create the ad-hoc report as needed
• Monitor and Analyze POS capex and payback computations
• Work closely with PPIC team in analyze and monitor SLOB. Monitor and analyze the inventory position and DOI
• Perform robust analysis on GC by brand / Sub brand and also give value added recommendation
• Proactively involved in annual manufacturing planning and budgeting by assist PSO (Manufacturing) team on GC simulation projection and BOM review
• Manage and perform robust analysis on FOH to keep it on track with pre-established budget
• Ensure month Material ledger closing and financial month end closing
• Do variance analysis on production order and establish corrective action plan

Job Requirements

• Have experience working in multinational FMCG Company is most preferable.
• Having strong business acumen, accrual concept and supply chain management
• Willing to be placed at Gunung Putri plant.
• Attention to detail.
• A minimum 5-7 years experiences in handling costing as factory finance or finance controller.
• Experience using SAP system is a must.
• Having strong analytical thinking to turn the analytical result into insights that ultimately lead to better business strategy and decisions.
• Proficient in Microsoft excel with strong system abilities and compliance mindset.
