Who You Are:

A Creative Fashion Designer with good knowledge of Casual clothing products such as Tees, sweatshirts, hoodies, Etc. You thrive in a rapidly changing environment, are curious, have the vision to help build and develop the brand & have an excellent eye for detail. You have a strong fashion sense, trend awareness, and industry knowledge.

What you'll do:

• Oversee proto & production fitting with tech and design team and be able to communicate design comments to cross-functional teams and overseas offices.
• Organize and present seasonal research, including trend and market research.
• Design innovative products and highlight opportunities in Design for business needs.
• Design Development.
• Could you identify opportunities for process improvement?
• Manage associate designers.
• To understand our brand's aesthetic, market, and vision and translate it into the appropriate product.

You must have the following:

• Good knowledge of silhouettes, colorways, trim, and fashion history.
• Excellent sense of style and color.
• Excellent organizational, time management, communication, and presentation skills. Ability to multitask and manage competing calendar deadlines.
• Strong leadership skills and an excellent team player.
• Ability to set a creative tone, inspire ideas/new concepts, and visualize and build a line conceptually.
• Excellent experience and passion for Casual products such as T-Shirt, Sweatshirt, Hoodies, Joggers, and Shorts categories.
