JOB DESCRIPTION :

• Building an environment for the creative team to work and overseeing their ideas and projects
• Responsible for managing all phases of creative development work from concept to completion
• Supervise and inspire the creative team of vendor partners
• Meet budget product standards by forecasting and managing expenses
• Establish creative direction within a company
• Manage team members
• Provide quality control and projects
• Work with the production team, account team, and strategy team to develop concepts and present to management

QUALIFICATIONS :

• 3 - 5 years’ experience in a similar or creative role
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting, including synthesizing abstract ideas into concrete design implications
• Solid understanding of the latest fashion trends
• Outstanding planning and project management abilities Be open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to inspire the creative to give their best
• Creative eye for design, copy and fashion
