Job Description

What you will do:

  • Maintain good relationship with surrounding neighborhood.
  • Run indirect procurement process.
  • Responsible in travel arrangement and boarding house for the members of department.
  • Manage catering and cleaning service from outsourcing vendors.
  • Plan maintenance and repairs.
  • Collect invoices from vendor and submit to Finance Team.
  • Monitor catering inc. delivery time, quality, and payment.
  • Responsible in handling general affairs and office management, provide facilities and amenities for all members of department.
  • Maintain company assets, including data keeping and physical conditions.
  • Inspect buildings and inventories to define any issues (office and facilities).
  • Maintain consumables need (ex: plastics, bubble wrap, tape, etc)
  • Liaise with stakeholder for installation, maintenance and repairs (PLN, SIER, PAM, Telkom, building PIC, contractors, etc.)


What you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in any fields
  • Proficient in Ms. Office
  • Willing to work mobile from one warehouse to anothers
  • Ability to manage time, set priorities, and plan workload to meet objectives.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have at least 2 years of experience in facilities management
  • Knowledge of OSHA and other environmental regulations
  • Must be a well organized, detail and customer (internal and external) oriented self-starter
