We’re fast growing and currently looking to expand our wonderful team. As our next Paid Media Performance Manager, you’ll get to partner with clients and work on building high-impact marketing strategies. You will be surrounded by a supportive team and be given opportunities to develop your professional skills and further your career.
We are based in Sydney, but also offer fully remote work so you can work anywhere across Australia. We have regular staff events that cater to everyone and allow the team to come together.
About The Role
Partner and regularly meet with clients to understand their marketing needs across all paid channels
Work closely with clients and with the support of our internal digital strategist and paid media team to establish quarterly client objectives, strategies and fortnightly tactical plans
Ad creative reporting and making recommendations for future creatives, identifying what works and doesn’t work in terms of design and messaging opportunities as well as current creative trends.
Budget planning and revenue forecasting. You’ll ensure pacing is on track and sales are on target
Brief and work with our operation team for the ad building and campaigns set-up
Analyse the campaigns and media performance to provide actionable insights
Testing and innovation: bring new ideas to your account and assess their impact with a relevant test design. You could be testing new channels, creatives, campaign structures, targeting… or any media-related that could have a positive impact on the overall performance of your accounts.
Conduct analysis of all performance channels across paid media, organic search, social and email
About You
3 years + Performance/Account Manager experience
Experience in exporting and interpreting data from Paid Search and Paid Social Platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, TIkTok)
Comfort in using and managing data inside Excel or Google sheet
Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, or Pinterest ads is a plus
Experience in managing and building the media strategy including the budgets allocation to objectives and channels
Love eCommerce and love working with emerging direct-to-consumer brands
Exceptional communications skills working with clients, understanding briefs, timelines and merchandise calendars
Ability to connect with a range of stakeholders and build positive relationships
Ability to think and solve problems creatively
Strong analytical skills with an eye for design
