Export Import Staff Jobs

As an Exim Staff, you will be responsible for coordinating shipping with customs agents for clearance on overseas deliveries, verifying that all documentation adheres to import-export policies and laws, deal with shipping, receiving, and record-keeping for international transactions.

Responsibilities

1. Proficient in export-import regulation, custom clearance, PIB and PEB modules, CEISA 4.0, Inventory, and all related.
2. Having experience related to bonded zone (Kawasan Berikat)
3. Process all export and import following the right system and procedure.
4. Ensure zero error, zero delays and to maximize productivity.
5. Reserve enough space to deliver goods on time as required.
6. Coordinate with Forwarders and related departments to facilitate export shipments.
7. Complete Customs Clearance and correct shipping documents (Invoice, packing list, Bill of lading,) and Customs Declaration.
8. Prepare export-import reports and documentation.
9. Monitor inventory and make a report on the finalization of import and export contracts to the Customs.

Qualifications

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Transportation/Logistics
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in the related field is required for this position
3. Required Skill(s): export-import regulation, custom clearance, PIB and PEB modules, CEISA 4.0, Inventory
4. Fluent in English both speaking and writing
5. Expert & knowing Ms. Office (is a must)
6. Available to join anytime
7. Willing to be placed at Cakung, Jakarta Utara
8. Salary will be according to Industry Standards
