Main Duties and Responsibilities :

• Coordination with engineering, quality control and logistic for ensuring timely delivery
• Arrange Kick of Meeting and Monitor submission of deliverables according to the schedule
• Establish recovery plan and counter measure to minimize impact of delivery slippages in consultation with Project Manager, procurement manager and site manager / construction manager
• Monitoring vendor work progress with regular visit or contact
• Informs slippages in schedule to the Procurement Manager

Requirements :

• INCOTERM knowledge, Indonesia Regulation of Supply Chain are an advantages
• "Good in English - Speaking & Writing
• Good communication skills - Interpersonal skill, Presentation, team working, and ability to interface and coordinate with other discipline in a matrix environment. Solid technical knowledge of engineering material specification, code and standard.
• Min 1 (one) year, preferable for min 5 (five) years experiences for senior expeditor position in area of procurement / expediting / project management particularly in EPC business environment.
• Good computer skills - PC, Microsoft software, and preference for SAP knowledge
• Bachelor Degree in any field
