Engineering Project Building Supervisor

• Review and evaluate project designs, blueprints, and engineering drawings to identify potential issues and propose effective solutions
• Prepare and update project documentation, including progress reports, cost estimates, and construction schedules
• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process, ensuring adherence to project specifications and regulatory requirements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities
• Conduct regular quality inspections to identify and resolve any deficiencies or non-compliance issues
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, identify any deviations from plans, and take corrective actions as needed
• Implement and enforce strict quality control measures to ensure that construction work meets industry standards and project requirements
• Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during the project, fostering positive relationships and maintaining client satisfaction
• Collaborate with engineering teams, architects, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets

Requirement :

• Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, Engineering Supervisor, or similar role in the construction industry
• Full time job at office in Kerobokan Bali
• Able to work in a team as well as independently, proactive and initiative
• An experienced as construction engineer with more than 3 years in the same position
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good English proficiency, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
