Engineering Manager Jobs

Requirements :

- S1 Civil Engineering / S1 Marine Engineering. Master degree preferably

- At least 3-5 years of experience in the field as Project Manager / Construction Manager

- Able to operate Ms. Office software and other technical software required. Proficient in using software in technical and management

- Project Management and Construction Management certifications are preferred

- Proven ability to complete projects in accordance with objectives, budget and time specified

- Expert knowledge of construction details, regulations, and relevant quality standards relevant

- Able to communicate using English both orall or writing

- Good analytical skills and solve problems creatively

- Competent in conflict and crisis management

- Skills in leadership and human resource management

- Excellent time and project management skills

Responsibilities :

- Coordinate with the Project Manager to plan and evaluate the schedule, monitor the progress of construction project can run against the schedule that has been set. This includes being responsible for the construction preparation period, until a definitive Project Manager is appointed by the BoD

- Oversee all phases and processes on all ongoing PT ASM construction projects, including conducting regular site visits to all projects.periodically to all projects

- Together with the Project Management Team (PMT) ensure construction quality standards and the use of appropriate and efficient construction techniques and methods

- Lead the team to create a work plan for each construction job

- Lead the team to prepare and analyze the appropriate work method for each construction project.

- Lead the team to create detailed procedures and work instructions for each construction project.

- Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks to construction works

- Planning and evaluating construction work to make the work more efficient

- Develop and socialize a quality control program that will be applied to construction projects

- Predict the resources needed to achieve goals and manage resources effectively and efficiently

- Make necessary updates to the construction project consistently

- Assist the PMT Project Management Team to determine the strategies required for the project
