IT End User Support - FULL WFO

FYI: The shortlisted candidates will be notified for a series of Test and/or Interview that will require your presence at Office during the selection process.

Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree (S1) in Information Technology / System Information from reputable University.

2. Have a good logical thinking and problem-solving skill.

3. Have a good communication skill.

4. Passionate to provide support and troubleshooting.

5. English written and verbal communication is preferable.

6. Quick learner on new technology.

Job description:

- Perform troubleshooting using different diagnostic techniques

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical hardware and/or software issues

- Provide quick resolution and excellent client service

- Redirect unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel

- Keep record of problems and their resolution

- Follow-up with client
