Job Description

Homeroom Teachers

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to improve personal and professional skills
  • Create and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and philosophy
  • Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
  • Form positive bonds with the students and inspire confidence
  • Observations and interactions to track student progress
  • Utilize a variety of teaching methods and strategies to engage students in their learning
  • Foster a safe and positive learning atmosphere that meets the needs of diverse learners
  • Reflect on teaching practices and beliefs about education to continually improve pedagogical instruction


Qualifications:

  • Willingness to be adaptable, flexible, and open to new ideas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
  • Some teaching experience
  • Have a healthy lifestyle
