Our Supply Chain and Manufacturing team are problem-solvers, sourcing, producing and delivering our much-loved brands to delight customers around the globe.

This Electrical Instrument & CAPEX Coordinator position will be based in Bali, under the Engineering Asset Care team reporting directly to the Engineering Manager.

About The Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual with a passion for supporting Electrical Instrument and Manufacturing asset care excellence! You will be responsible for assisting in exciting project launches, troubleshooting as well as the brainstorming of solutions to achieve greater plant availability & effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Repair/ Maintenance for Electrical or Instrument Equipment and have proper root cause problem-solving activities concentrating on preventative actions;
• Study existing manufacturing processes and methods for the purpose of making cost reductions, safety policies being observed, quality improvements in the product, and improvements in overall equipment effectiveness;
• Support Visual Control and Visual workplace concepts;
• Assist in the launch of new projects within the facility activities including project management, allocation of resources, documentation controls, and development of new technology processes;
• Manage a support service for the Capex execution performance as a planning target;
• Assist Production in troubleshooting manufacturing operations, especially for Electrical and Instrument Issues;
• Work with specialist contractors to drive faster problem-solving and greater plant availability
• Modify and/or program PLC's;

About You

• Strong communication capabilities, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a multinational environment;
• Diploma, Vocational Certificate or relevant working experience in Engineering, preferably with background in Electrical & Instrumentation (PLC, HMI & Control Systems);
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skill sets; with an agile and proactive continuous improvement mindset; and
• Applicants with knowledge/experience in network applications and SAP system will be highly regarded.
