Key Responsibilities

• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed recommendations for business growth.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional customer support through various channels, such as email, chat, and phone.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, ensuring availability of products and coordinating with relevant departments for restocking.
• Process customer orders promptly and accurately, including order verification, payment processing, and shipping coordination.
• Assist in coordinating with logistics partners to ensure timely and efficient order fulfillment and delivery.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize product visibility, promotions, and campaigns on the e-commerce platform.
• Conduct regular quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy of product information and resolve any issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to drive e-commerce initiatives and achieve business goals.
• Analyze sales data and generate reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Create and update product listings on our e-commerce platform, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and a fast-paced work environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to address customer and operational challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer support.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with different stakeholders.
• Familiarity with digital marketing strategies, SEO, and social media platforms is a plus.
• Proficient in using various computer applications and software, including Microsoft Office and e-commerce platforms.
• Proven experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or a similar role is highly desirable.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales processes, including product listing, order management, and inventory management systems.
