Responsibilities
* Develop a robust and effective online sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives. This will involve identifying and analyzing key market trends and consumer behavior, setting targets for online sales growth, and implementing tactics to achieve these goals.
* Manage and oversee the e-commerce platform, including managing product listings, pricing, and promotions, as well as ensuring that the platform is optimized for user experience and conversions.
* Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas of improvement. This will involve working closely with the marketing team to develop data-driven insights and make recommendations for optimizing sales performance.
* Develop and execute online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and sales. This may involve managing digital advertising campaigns, email marketing, social media marketing, and other online marketing channels.
* Manage relationships relationships key account manager of every online distribution and ensure that these relationships align with the company's overall business objectives.
Qualifications
* Poses at least a bachelor degree in any major
* Have at least 3 years work experience in similar role
* Have proven experience in online sales and e-commerce, with a solid track record of driving sales growth through digital channels.
* Familiar with online marketplaces (Shopee, Tokopedia, Tiktokshop, Lazada, etc) and digital marketing strategies.
* Experience in FMCG industry is preferable
* Strong understanding of digital consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive dynamics.
* Have strong analytical skills and be able to analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas of improvement.
* Have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service.
