Job Description

Are you a self-motivated individual with solid experience in marketing and tourism? Bali’s leading dive center, operating on the island since 1999, is searching for a Dive Travel Consultant/Marketing to join their team immediately. The ideal candidate is highly organized and possesses excellent admin skills. This role is reporting to the Director of Dive Operations.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken english
  • Efficient all-rounder with initiative and “can do” attitude
  • Local candidates only
  • Experience using excel including formula
  • Super organised, with excellent keyboard and admin skills
  • Proactive,self-motivated and hard-working forward-planner
  • Marketing/tourism background

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organise and store information in paper and digital form (Create excel spreadsheets, admin work, etc.)
  • Proactive and reactive handling: Dive Safari Multi day dive packages & accommodation
  • 5.5days work week; 8hrs/day (rotating weekly shifts)
  • Other duties as required
  • Proactive and reactive handling: Overseas Agents
  • Proactive and reactive handling: Groups (inc. Dive Clubs)
  • Proactive and reactive handling: Travel & Tourism Expo Partners and Tour Experts
