Job Brief:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee our textile manufacturing operations. As the Director of Operations, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring high-quality output, and driving operational efficiency. Your strategic leadership and expertise will play a crucial role in achieving our manufacturing goals and maintaining our competitive edge in the industry.

- Develop and implement operational strategies and goals to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce costs, and improve productivity.

- Monitor and manage production activities to ensure adherence to schedules, quality standards, and cost targets.

- Coordinate with various departments, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics, to optimize workflow and resource allocation.

- Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.

- Evaluate manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment to streamline operations and maximize output.

- Oversee resource allocation, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet production demands.

- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure high-quality textile products.

- Collaborate with the procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.

- Monitor inventory levels and develop strategies to optimize inventory management.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and enforce safety protocols.

- Develop and manage the manufacturing budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost control measures.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in textile engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the textile manufacturing industry.

- In-depth knowledge of textile manufacturing processes, technologies, and equipment.

- Strong understanding of quality control procedures and standards in textile manufacturing.

- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in using manufacturing software and systems.

- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
