Requirement/Kualifikasi Pekerjaan

  • Strong analytical skill problem solving & data driven
  • Excellent Communication skills:memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik secara lisan dan tulisan
  • Pengalaman minimal 2 tahun dalammanagementdanleading teampenjualan online
  • Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun dalam digital marketing serta mengoperasikan dan menguasai setiap fitur penjualan di platform E-Commerce
  • S1 Marketing Communication, Bisnis, Management Public Relation/Multimedia
  • Collaborative skills :mampu berkolaborasi serta bekerja sama dengan baik dalam team
  • Target Oriented:Terbiasa untuk bekerja secara fast-paced dan quick respon
  • Good personality :punya kepribadian yang menyenangkan, asertif, proaktif dan


Responsibilities/Tanggung Jawab

  • Membuat, menjadwalkan dan melaksanakan strategi program promosi penjualantermasuk campaign-campaign yang diadakan oleh platform
  • Bertanggung jawab untuk pertumbuhan dan pencapaian target penjualan di online sales channel
  • Melakukan monitoring dan kontrolling team E-Commerce Operation terkait aktivitas penjualan produk pada platform E-Commerce
  • Berkomunikasi dan berkolaborasi dengan Account Manager dari setiap Platform Marketplace untuk pelaksanaan program-program campaign maupun collaboration campaign
