Job Description
  • Collaborating with internal marketing teams and external partners to enhance Paid Performance campaigns
  • Ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
  • Proficient in conducting A/B testing for performance campaigns
  • Vigilantly monitoring and analyzing metrics from paid advertising, and optimizing strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Strategizing and executing Digital Advertising Campaigns across diverse platforms including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other performance marketing channels
  • Analyzing data and deriving insights to enhance campaign performance
  • Compiling monthly reports on Digital Advertising Campaigns
  • Recommending enhancements for marketing campaigns and effecting changes as needed


Requirements


  • Fluent in both written and spoken English and Bahasa
  • Highly data-driven in decision-making
  • Proficient in handling large datasets and performance-based metrics
  • Capable of effectively managing and prioritizing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
  • 1 year of experience working with paid marketing platforms, including but not limited to Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic, and other digital platforms
  • Exhibits a genuine passion for marketing and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Displays a keen interest in the fintech industry and possesses a high level of curiosity
  • Possesses robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Demonstrates a combination of strong creative and analytical thinking skills
