Digital Marketing Specialist Jobs

Boss Cetak is seeking a skilled and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our digital marketing campaigns, working closely to develop and execute effective strategies that drive business growth and increase ROI. This is a key leadership role that requires a high level of creativity, strategic thinking, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and present reports that demonstrate the success of campaigns.
• Create and manage budgets and performance metrics to ensure maximum ROI and profitability
• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and other online marketing channels
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and effective marketing assets, including graphics, video, and copy
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis of industry trends, competitor strategies, and target audience behaviors to inform marketing campaigns
• Manage and optimize campaigns on a daily basis to ensure performance goals are met or exceeded
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing industry best practices, trends, and technologies
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on campaign performance, opportunities, and challenges

Qualifications:

• Build relationship with target customers and influencers to promote events
• Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing platforms
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Develop and execute social media account activities (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
• Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a collaborative and results-oriented approach
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations
• Experience managing and delivering exceptional customer service
• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns and demonstrated ROI
• Strong understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and analytics
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex marketing strategies
• Conduct daily social media content, branding and promotional activities.
