Daily Worker - Housekeeping

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces.

- Make beds, change linens, and replenish room amenities as needed.

- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and dust floors and surfaces.

- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including fixtures, mirrors, and tiles.

- Empty trash bin and ensure proper disposal of waste.

- Maintain cleanliness of hallways, staircases, and other public areas.

- Assist in laundry duties, including sorting, washing, folding, and ironing linens.

- Uphold high standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the villa.

- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or deficiencies to the supervisor.

- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing guest requests and concerns.

- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.

- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Fresh graduate with a strong desire to learn and grow in the hospitality industry.

- No prior experience in hospitality required; comprehensive training will be provided.

- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.

- Basic understanding of cleaning techniques and equipment preferred.

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for cleanliness.

- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to established standards.

- Good communication skills in English and a positive attitude.

- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.

- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
