Job Description
:


  • Manage and track application submissions to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all areas relevant to the client's project, including conducting necessary negotiations with relevant government institutions.
  • Document translation from Indonesian to English (with the standard translation provided).
  • Manage client projects.
  • Ensure client projects are completed before their expiration date.
  • Upsell Emerhub's products and services to clients, in collaboration with account executives.
  • Provide clients with information on the status of the ongoing project and on any delays (every week).
  • Maintain stable communication with clients.
  • Prepare and submit comprehensive documentation to the appropriate government institutions.


Requirements :


  • Willing to stay in Bali
  • Good understanding of business regulations and permits
  • Relevant experience as corporate secretary, business consulting, or government relations
  • Experience in serving overseas customers will be an advantage
  • The candidate must have experience in various public institutions, i.e., notaries, national land office, as well as relevant government licensing offices & immigration departments in Bali, AND with relevant experience in these criteria/ fields.
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written is mandatory
  • Preferably having a degree in Law, Business/Management, Administration, Politics, or equivalent
  • Passionate in customer service or account management
  • Experience in entrepreneurship, or setting up a company will be a major advantage
