Job Description

:

  1. Menjawab pertanyaan, keluhan, dan masukan dari pelanggan yang masuk dari semua platform sesuai dengan Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  2. Melakukan proses eskalasi ke Team Leader dan Section Head jika mengalami kendala dalam pekerjaan
  3. Memberikan report harian


Requirement

  1. Minimal pendidikan D3 dan diutamakan laki-laki
  2. Memiliki pengalaman sebagai Customer Support terutama media sosial minimal 2-3 tahun
  3. Memiliki kemauan untuk belajar hal baru dengan cepat dan taktis
  4. Memiliki kemampuan Bahasa Inggris yang baik (menulis, membaca, dan berbicara)
  5. Memiliki kemampuan analisa masalah yang baik
  6. Memiliki kemampuan bekerja multitasking dan di bawah tekanan
  7. Bekerja secara shifting
