As we are at the forefront of E-Commerce innovation, we are seeking a talented and creative Designer Staff with a passion aesthetics, strong design skills, and ability to translate concepts into compelling visuals will use for our client (various brands) visual support live Tiktok requirement.

Creative Designer plays a supporting role in our organization's services brand with visual and creativity content make the Live Streaming Brand more attractive and interesting. You will collaborate with Live Streaming Operations to development visual live streaming interesting and get more awareness viewers customers too.

This role requires a deep understanding of brand guidelines, Creative visual concept, and collaboration with cross-functional brands(Client).

Responsibilities

• Conduct research on design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis to stay updated and incorporate relevant insights into design visual.
• Prioritize and manage multiple Visual design for many Client(Varoius Brand).
• Develop creative concepts and visual strategies that align with brand guidelines and elevate the overall brand identity.
• Collaborate with the Live Operation teams to understand the objectives, target audience, and key messaging for Live Streaming Visual.
• Conceptualize and design visually appealing assets, including but not limited to live streaming graphics, promotional wording layout, Visual Greenscreen design, and online/offline elements design.
• Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all visual elements and design compositions, maintaining a unified brand image.

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to take initiative and propose innovative design solutions.
• Proven experience as a Visual Designer, preferably with a focus on product releases or similar projects.
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, with a focus on product release materials and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier, After Effect) and familiarity with 3D rendering tools like SkecthUp + Vray/Enscape.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, color theory, and composition, and the ability to apply them effectively.
• Have interest in exploring 3D visual/Set Design or Production 3D Event if Company or Brand/Client needs.
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and project requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English is a must, trilingual speaker is a plus (Indonesia - English - Mandarin).
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Solid knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in visual design.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback and iterating on design concepts.
