Job Description
Job Responsibilities


  • Ability and passion to stay current with evolving methods for designing engaging products and services. Should approach learning these areas with curiosity and enthusiasm.
  • Develop and support a strong visual and written brand identity and brand personality for SCC across all platforms to drive meaningful engagement. Manage all creative initiatives, campaigns and produced collaterals, including advertising, video, photography, owned digital content, brochures, direct mail pieces, etc., to expand SCC’s visual identity and brand voice across multiple channels, internally and externally.
  • Comfortable working within brand guidelines but also extending and enhancing the design language as needed to create more engaging and accessible designs. Take initiative with creative ideas and concepts.
  • Serve as a creative consultant with external agencies and vendors to develop SCC-branded creative assets, collaterals, and scalable design/visual identity systems.
  • Confident, self-starter, yet able to take feedback and direction from leadership.
  • Possess an unmatched attention to detail and the ability to uphold and deliver work at the highest standards of quality.
  • Art-direct and execute design solutions that uphold SCC’s visual identity, including recruitment material, advertising assets, demand and lead generation campaigns, videography, photography, and event promotions, following the branding guide exactly.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies, meeting with individuals, departments, leadership as needed to manage and vet campaign strategies and creative solutions. Work collaboratively with cross-functional areas including marketing, website, digital, social media, public relations, and communications to ensure the SCC brand is maintained.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the Chief Marketing & Brand Strategy Manager, as well as the strategic communications team.


Minimum And Additional Requirements


  • Have expert understanding of interaction design and graphic design principles, and can span multiple simultaneous projects
  • As ociates Degree in Art and experience in graphics programs
  • Demonstrate 3-5 years experience
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Possess strong conceptual and visual communication skills


Preferred Qualifications


  • Experience with ASANA
  • Experience with animation
