Job description
The creative art director will be responsible for handling everything related to the content.
Main responsibility:
1. Create, develop, and execute visual concepts and content strategies for various social media platforms:
- Uses knowledge of social media and visual aesthetics to create engaging content
- Devising a content strategy that will optimize user engagement and brand promotion.
2. Designing and producing creative and out of the box advertising materials that are in line with the goals and brand of the company:
- Produce advertising materials such as posters, banners, videos, and others that are in line with the company's image and are effective in reaching the target audience.
3. Conduct market research and the latest design trends to ensure the content produced is relevant and effective:
- Using research tools and methods to find out the latest market and design trends, so that the content produced is in accordance with the wants and needs of the target audience.
- Create out of the box content for each marketing platform
4. Supervise and monitor the content production process, including photography, graphic design, and video editing:
- Monitor the content production process from start to finish to ensure the results are in accordance with quality standards and company objectives.
5. Work closely and coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop an effective content strategy
- Collaboration with other teams to create effective content to promote the company's products or services, as well as reach and attract the target audience.
6. Review and approve content prior to publication:
- Check content thoroughly before publishing to ensure quality and compliance with company standards and objectives.
QUALIFICATION:
1. Minimum bachelor degree in Graphic Design, Art, Media or related fields.
2. Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position, with an emphasis on digital and social media.
3. Have a portfolio demonstrating proficiency in graphic design.
4. Have a strong understanding of the market and social media, including Instagram, TikTok and other platforms.
4. Have good communication skills
5. Ability to operate editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects) or other design software.
6. Good organizational and time management skills.
7. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high work standards.
