Corporate Planning Analyst Jobs

Responsibilities

• Able to assist workstreams in handling changing environments and priorities
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as department heads, as well as external stakeholders such as investors and clients, to ensure that the organization's strategic plans align with their goals and objectives
• Responsible for creating strategies for business development, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and collaborations
• Able to provide clarity and laser focus information based on complex and comprehensive discussion
• Assessing restructuring operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline core operations service delivery
• Support and keep up to date with industry trends and competition, ensuring that the company stays ahead of the curve and remains competitive in the marketplace
• Able to develop creative solutions to overcome root cause and demonstrate deep business acumen in facilitating transformation journey
• Will provide regular updates to the CEO and Board of Directors on the progress of the organization's strategic plans and overall performance

Qualifications

• Fluent in English
• Ability to develop and implement effective long-term strategies
• Drive, tenacity, client focused and results oriented
• Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to write clearly, succinctly, and in a manner that appeals to a wide audience
• Able to operate Microsoft Office (PowerPoint and Visio) as the main working tools.
• Understanding the finance business model & Creating business development strategies
• Ability to build consensus and foster change in ambiguous settings
• Able to use Microsoft Excel or other analytics tool
• Minimum 15 years of working experience in Transformation Strategy / Corporate Planning / related function
• Graduates from reputable University (any major, but Engineering, Business Management and Finance/Accounting are preferable)
