Corporate Area Sales Manager (Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities

• Report to Head Department as required
• Ensure service reliability via excellent support and solidify customer relationships to achieve business growth
• Appropriately manage the underlying activities needed to achieve or exceed margin and profitability goals for the region
• Lead sales team to achieve the set sales target
• Will handle Java and Sumatera area
• Responsible for developing a plan to achieve sales team's target
• Perform market analyses and draw up sales strategies
• Find, maintain, and develop a good relationship with old and new customers

Requirements

• Have a good relationship with various corp industry
• Proven track record of sales achievement
• Fluent in English will be an advantage
• Willing to Business Trip
• Organized, committed, quick, accurate, and flexible
• Strong communication (both verbal and written), problem-solving, communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Understanding of shipping modes and terms
• Experience in logistic industry
