Key Responsibilities :

Develop creative content strategies ( pillars and sub pillar content) for social media channels

Developing brand voice, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms

Creating specifications and content appropriate for the brand's customer personas

Manage editorial calendar to ensure timely publication.

Analyzing content to determine the best way to engage users, increase customer loyalty, generate leads, and measure brand awareness

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or related field.

Experience in the beauty company would be an advantage.

Having Excellent copywriting skills & Content presentation skills

Proven content strategy and project management experience is a plus

Familiar with Social Media including Instagram, TikTok

Willing to work in Gading Serpong
