Content Manager Jobs

As a startup focused on creating a better Order Management System for sellers in the digital age, we are seeking talented individuals to join us in driving the improvement of the SMSE industry in Indonesia. Our office is conveniently located in Sudirman, Jakarta. We are currently hiring for the position of Content Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic.
• Conduct thorough research on industry trends, target audience preferences to inform content creation.
• Develop engaging and informative content for various digital platforms, including websites, social media, and email marketing.
• Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with the company's objectives and target audience.
• Create a content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to gather information and ensure accuracy of content.
• Monitor content performance using analytics tools and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy.

Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong creative and conceptual thinking skills with a passion for effective design and branding.
• Detail-oriented with excellent time-management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in generating content in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design, business, product and development.
• Proven experience as a content manager, copywriter, or a similar role for a minimum of 2 years.
