Work you will do

This role sits within the Customer and Marketing (C&M) team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which is a part of Deloitte that uses technology and creativity to better connect the customer with the business.

As part of Digital Customer team, you will help our clients to navigate a profitable path through new digital customer business models, offerings their customers will love, new digital experiences, and transformational end-to-end their digital strategies.

As a Developer within Deloitte Digital, you are part of a team of creative, visionary minds of many disciplines who put future-forward thinking into projects that push the edges of technology to support digital change of our clients. You’ll be responsible for the development and maintenance of applications aimed at a range of Apple devices including mobile phones and tablet computers. Therefore, a commitment to collaborative problem solving, sophisticated design, and the creation of quality products is essential.

You will be involved in:

• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximise development efficiency across the team.
• Bug fixing and improving application performance
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Designing and developing advanced applications for the Android platform
• Contribute to our internal community of developers by hosting workshops and sharing learning content for developing breadth and depth of knowledge.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
• Unit-testing code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
• Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features.
• This role is based in Jakarta.

You are someone with:

• Framework: Apache Cordova
• Kotlin Injection Library – Koin
• Unit Test – Mokito
• Android Libraries – Rx, Retrofit, Http3
• Minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in:
• Programming Languages: Kotlin, Java
• Degree qualification in a relevant software or engineering discipline
• Software Architecture Pattern: MVVM
