Chief Architect, Partner For Hotel Developing

We are looking for a Architect to come and join as a partner in the development of a number of Land developments in prime tourist areas in Bali and the islands of Indonesia!

We own 4 land plots in prime tourist areas, that we will look at developing into hotels and resort developments.

This role is for someone to come and join as primary partner on these projects, and obtain equity in these projects as payment.

The ideal candidate will be available to run our architecture team, help with overseeing construction and with the moving www.totalbali.com into a new phase of business in construction and development.

With side projects the candidate will be able to obtain architectural fees, as Bali is booming and there is a good opportunity for business services in the architectural and development sector.

As Director of Total Bali we have completed 4 construction projects here, without any qualified skills. With moving into this next sector we look to become a professional operation and leading company for design and innovation in Bali.

We can cover a small wage for expenses, your work Visa for Indonesia and help integrate you onto the Island.
