Beginning with a single product a rosé made from Bali’s heritage grape variety, Alphonse Lavallée his goal was to put local wine on the global map. Today, our award-winning range spans 10 wines, showcasing both heritage and international grape varieties all grown in our North Bali vineyards.

Responsibilities

• Assisting customers in finding the products they’re looking for.
• Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours.
• Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organised at all times.
• Performing periodic price audits to resolve price discrepancies.
• Addressing customer complaints and inquiries
• Providing shopping advice and recommendations to customers
• Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves
• Receiving, unpacking and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors
• Processing customer payments at the checkout point/till

Qualifications

• Well-groomed appearance.
• BALI Only
• Relatively fit.
• Ability to prioritize tasks given.
• A high school qualification or equivalent.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• English Driven Written and Spoken.
