Job Responsibility :
- Develop and execute CRM campaign
- Manage daily push notification, email blast, in app/onsite, and other adds-on and ensure successful delivery and uplifts from time to time
- Design a CRM journey and channels optimization
- Create and implement campaign journey for each user segmentations and behavior
- Generate new ideas and drive continual optimization of marketing campaign
- Evaluate campaigns impact & performance periodically
- Assist CRM specialist to create campaign report
Job Requirements :
- Min. Bachelor Degree from reputable university
- Min. 1 year experience
- Prior experience in Financial Apps campaign management will be a plus
- High attention to detail, strongly meticulous, target driven and data driven
- Creative thinker with excellent interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated
- Experience working with CRM platform such as MoEngage, CleverTap, Netcore etc
- Excellent written communication skills with exceptional proofreading and editing skills
