Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lembang for a Buyer Vegetables with experience in Agronomy. The Buyer Vegetables will be responsible for sourcing high-quality, fresh vegetables from local farmers, maintaining relationships with suppliers, and negotiating pricing and contracts. The agronomic knowledge will be advantageous to the candidate in making informed decisions in improving the quality of vegetables being sourced.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Buyer in the Vegetable industry with understanding on cultivation practices, timings and seasonality to improve the quality
• Strong analytical skills to analyze data and make informed decisions while sourcing vegetables
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders
