Job Description
Responsibilities


  • Act as a point of contact in managing merchants’ needs and handling high-priority onboarding.
  • Support merchant-related projects.
  • Develop a workflow for merchants’ journey.
Requirements


  • A final year student or a Bachelor’s degree from any major.
  • Experienced in Project Management.
  • Willing to work from the office in a hybrid arrangement at BSD, Tangerang.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Google Workspace.
  • Highly resourceful and tech-savvy with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Able to commit for a six-month or more full-time internship programme from July 2023.
