Open Position for Strategic Marketing & Development Intern and Opportunity Hunter Intern


About Buangdisini

Buangdisini is a startup that is engaged in recycling waste collection with a product in the form of an application that converts waste into money. We focus on digitizing the distribution of the waste trade system and simplifying the collection process so that the economic value of recycled waste commodities can be of higher value and profit. The simplification of the plastic waste processing process is carried out by replacing the processing by pressing into processing by chopping.


Strategic Marketing & Development Intern

Job Overview

Responsible for assisting in developing and executing a company's overall marketing strategy.


  • Assist Chief Marketing Officer to create marketing strategy which leads to profitability
  • Implement research about target market or potential market to explore, especially recycled PET (plastic) or any other waste management opportunity
  • Able to understand or read market trend
  • Define project execution plans outlining project roles and responsibilities, timelines, budgets and other resource requirements
  • Builds strong partnerships with cross-functional teams to ensure priorities and programs are Buangdisini’s objective and assist the Strategic Marketing & Development Lead
  • Assist in ensuring brand consistency through all marketing channels


Requirements

  • Independent: you can take a problem statement and find the best way to solve it
  • Strong entrepreneur mindset

  • Excellent team organizing
  • Able to Hybrid working in Malang (WFA & WFO)
  • Any major, minimum 3rd year in University
  • Attention to detail and a well-organized approach to work
  • Excellent communication skills


Opportunity Hunter Intern

Job Overview

Manage to do research or in-depth searching on available opportunities beneficial for the Start-Up, such as grant, funding, accelerator, or incubation program


  • Administration Task
  • Coordinate with the related divisions to fulfill required documents
  • Research on the company background
  • Fill out the form or data that must be attached for registration
  • Organizing documents that are usually required in a an accelerator, grant or other opportunity
  • Set a calendar of deadlines in supervising the overall timeline when registering to an opportunity
  • Assist Chief Marketing Officer in supervising or preparing any possible opportunity
  • Fulfill requirement for specific opportunity
  • Copywriting with persuasive narration
  • Updating data bank for any opportunity that wanted to be registered


Requirements

  • Excellent organizational skills and outstanding attention to detail.
  • Previous experience as a grant, accelerator, or incubator seeker would be a high consideration
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to write and speak in English
  • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills as well as analytical skills and the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft suite of programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Any major, minimum in 2nd Semester.
