Brand & Packaging Designer Jobs

Our Company, PT Tiga Bintang Sejahtera Food (TBS Food) is hiring those with a strong interest and proven experience in Brand and Packaging Designer to join our teams.

As a Brand & Packaging Designer, you will collaborate with the Brand & Design Team. Are you ready to use your skills to bring growth through innovative design solutions?

What will you do? Here's a sneak peek at your key responsibilities:

• Ensure consistency and cohesiveness across all visual elements and design materials, maintaining a unified brand image
• Conceptualize and design visually appealing assets, including but not limited to product launch graphics, promotional materials, packaging design, and online/offline advertisements
• Collaborating with the marketing team to finalize packaging text and graphics
• Create layouts for packaging designs, using drafting, illustration, or 3D software
• Willing to be Involved in offline activity and market visit
• Conduct research on design trends, industry best practices, and competitor analysis to stay updated and incorporate relevant insights into design projects
• Identifying suitable packaging and POSM materials, and conducting feasibility studies
• Working closely with design and marketing teams to make the Brand grow through product design, budget efficiency & other strategies
• Presenting final designs to stakeholders
• Create high-quality, polished mockups, prototypes, and presentations to effectively communicate design concepts and ideas to stakeholders
• Collaborate with the product management and marketing teams to understand the objectives, target audience, and key messaging for each product release

• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• A strong portfolio showcasing your design expertise, with a focus on product release materials and visual storytelling
• Willing to be placed at Gading Serpong - Tangerang (Full WFO)
• Familiarity with various packaging and printed promotional materials
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• 3-5 years of work experience as a Brand Designer, Packaging Designer, Graphic Designer, or related field (preferably from the FMCG Industry)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Design/Art/Graphics or any relevant major
• Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and 3D rendering tools is a must (AutoCAD/ Blender/ Rhino/ Keyshot/ Autodesk 3Ds Max/ Revit)
• Have experience in designing retail POSM / packaging / 3D Mockups / Printed promotional items
