Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Brand Manager for our prestigious jewelry company, you will be responsible for developing and executing brand strategies to elevate our brand's presence, awareness, and desirability in the market. You will lead all brand-related activities, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent brand messaging across various channels. This role requires a creative, detail-oriented, and strategic thinker who can drive brand growth while maintaining the company's values and image.

Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive brand strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and vision. Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to identify opportunities for differentiation and growth.
  2. Brand Identity and Positioning: Manage the brand's identity, ensuring it resonates with the target audience. Craft compelling brand positioning that sets our jewelry apart in the market, communicating its unique value and story.
  3. Marketing Campaigns: Plan, coordinate, and oversee all brand marketing campaigns, including print, digital, social media, and events. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging and impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  4. Product Launches: Lead the brand aspects of new product launches, collaborating with product development teams to ensure successful and consistent messaging and presentation.
  5. Brand Communication: Manage all brand communications, both internal and external. Develop brand guidelines, messaging, and tone of voice to ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints.
  6. Public Relations: Oversee public relations efforts to maintain a positive brand image. Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and brand ambassadors to increase brand visibility and credibility.
  7. Market Research: Conduct regular market research and consumer insights analysis to understand customer preferences, demands, and expectations. Utilize the findings to inform brand strategies and improve brand performance.
  8. Budget Management: Monitor and manage the brand-related budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum brand impact and return on investment.
  9. Brand Partnerships: Identify and explore potential brand partnerships and collaborations that align with the brand's values and enhance its reach and appeal.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus but not required.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, preferably in the luxury goods or jewelry industry. Proven track record of successful brand development and growth.
  3. Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the jewelry market, trends, and consumer behavior. Knowledge of the luxury segment and experience in working with premium brands is highly desirable.
  4. Creative Vision: Strong creative and conceptual thinking abilities, with the capacity to translate ideas into compelling brand experiences.
  5. Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and analytically, using data-driven insights to shape brand strategies and decision-making.
  6. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and driving collaboration to achieve common goals.
  7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling brand stories and presentations.
  8. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring brand consistency in all aspects of communication and presentation.
  9. Adaptability: Adept at handling fast-paced environments and adaptable to market changes and trends.
